Further to the letter dated 16 October 2017 addressed to the Land Registry and as disclosed in replies to CPSE Enquiries, the southern boundary of the Property is incorrect on the title plan of the Property. The Land Registry is currently rectifying the title plan. Please note that the plan provided in the brochure is correct.
Further to the letter dated 16 October 2017 addressed to the Land Registry and as disclosed in the replies to CPSE Enquiries, we believed the southern boundary of the property is incorrect on the title plan of the property. We wrote to the Land Registry and asked them to rectify the title plan. They have responded to us in a letter dated 01/12/2017 stating that there is no error in the plan and that the extent of the plan is correct. UK Power Networks will however be excluding from the sale part of the southern boundary of the Property highlighted on Plan 2 dated December 2017. The land being sold is correctly shown on the plan in the auction catalogue and on the auctioneer’s website. Plan 1 dated October 17 will be used as the transfer plan. Copies of all of this correspondence are in the legal pack.
Further to reply 29.1 of the CPSE 1 Enquiries please note the. option to tax has not yet been revoked, please see the letter received from HM Revenue & Customs dated 27 November 2017 and UK Power Networks response dated 5 December 2017, we are currently awaiting confirmation from HM Revenue.
